At Corriander Art, we are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policies carefully, as they vary depending on the type of product purchased.

Printed Art

We partner with Printful for the production and fulfillment of printed products and act as an intermediary between you and the fulfillment company.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

• If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order. 
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging.

Process:

• Refunds: Approved returns will be processed through Printful and credited back to your original payment method.
• Returns: Authorized returns must be sent back directly to Printful following the provided instructions.

Non-Qualifying Items:

• Custom or personalized items unless defective or damaged.
• Tax or shipping fees.

Processing Time:

• Allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be reflected after approval.

Handmade Art & Commissioned Work

Due to the unique nature of handmade and commissioned pieces, the following conditions apply:

Refund Eligibility for Handmade Art:

• Non-Refundable: Change of mind or personalized/custom pieces.
• Refundable: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us immediately with photos to initiate a refund or replacement process.

Commissioned Art:

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place in the schedule.
• Final Payment: The balance is due upon completion before the piece is shipped.
• Refunds: If the commission has not started, the deposit may be refunded. If the work has already begun, the deposit will be retained to cover initial costs of supplies purchased.

Return Conditions for Handmade Art:

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or commissioned artworks.
• Sale or discounted items.

Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
